We have a strong and experienced team of lubricant specialists, data researchers, data scientists and data architects who collaborate to access, verify, enter, map and analyse multiple datasets from primary and third party sources to provide databases, dashboards and reports for our customers’ different needs.
We have established a Customer Success team alongside our Sales team whose focus is to ensure our customers expectations are met or exceeded and value is created. We now issue a customer satisfaction survey annually and measure our net promoter scores.
